imagine Cake Studio is the brainchild and passion of Executive Chef, Ronald Pearson.

A native to the Washington, DC area, Ron received his associates degree in Professional
Baking and Pastry from Baltimore International Culinary College in 1999.  After studying
under Master Pastry Chef Jan Bandula, he received his Epicurean Baking Certificate in
2000 from the European Campus of Baltimore International College.  

 

After graduation, Ron worked in a variety of culinary environments, including a boutique shop he opened in Tyson's Corner in 2012 called Mirage Cake Creations.  Specializing in creating 3D Cakes, custom designs, wedding cakes and cupcakes, Ron soon realized that in addition to his high-end customers, there was a need in the area for beautifully designed cakes at a more economical price point, which led to the founding of  imagine CakeStudio.

 

Launched in 2014, we were founded with the idea that everyone deserves to have the highest quality of cake design, without always carrying a hefty price tag.  Through creative design elements and detailed consultations with clients to determine what aspects of their confection are most important, we pride ourselves on exceeding expectations as we bring your imagination to life!
